how to add button in version history in sharepoint 2010 ?

I want to add button in version history, the button name is "send email document"(already there in "editcontrolbox") which will send the document as an attachment via email from document library.

If you want to add a button to open OutLook, you can add a hyperlink tag in the page:

You can add a hyperlink tag in the page as below :

<a href="mailto:youremailaddress">Email Me</a>
